weekend homework--

the screen shot.
"That way you can show more people at a time." from Taipei Times

It is used as "offer". It means it is one of the way to offer to show people at one time.

weekend homework:

I have made a video with my group members for the food fair. I have learned that the importance of co-operating with others. I couldn’t finish the video by my own. My group members helped me a lot when I was busy. They even bought materials to wait me for filming. Throughout we were making our film; I realized that no one knew how to combine and edit those pieces of videos. And it was a little deficient. I think I should learn how to use YouTube Remixer and correct this mistake.

I disagree with your modal verb explanation; if "offer" is a synonym of "can", why doesn't the writer simply use "offer"?

There is a distinction between the two words; I offer to help you is different than I can help you because though I have the ability to help you, I also can choose not to help you, can't I?

You'll have another chance to learn to remix YouTube videos.
